ЛУЧЕВАЯ ВИЗУАЛИЗАЦИЯ ГЕНИТАЛЬНОГО ПРОЛАПСА И НЕДЕРЖАНИЯ МОЧИ ПРИ НАПРЯЖЕНИИ У ЖЕНЩИН
Аннотация
Генитальной пролапс (ГП) и недержание мочи при напряжении (НМпН) у женщин представляют большую и сложную клиническую проблему. Целью явилось углубленное изучение возможностей лучевой диагностики в оценке нарушений статики тазового дна. Проанализированы 53 русскоязычных и англоязычных источника. Данный обзор раскрывает вопросы этиологии, клиники и диагностики ГП и НМпН у женщин. Широкое использование современных лучевых методов диагностики ГП и НМпН у женщин поможет выбрать адекватный метод лечения.
