Аннотация
Удаление прозрачного хрусталика у пациентов с близорукостью высокой степени в возрасте более 40 лет и толщиной роговицы менее 500 мкм позволяет получить высокую остроту зрения и является безопасной и стабильной процедурой по своим результатам. Лазерный кератомилез у пациентов с близорукостью высокой степени в возрасте от 18 до 40 лет и толщиной роговицы более 500 мкм эффективен, безопасен, предсказуем и позволяет получить высокую остроту зрения и является операцией выбора у пациентов с близорукостью высокой степени. Экстракция прозрачного хрусталика у пациентов с рефракцией от +4,0Д и выше позволяет получить высокую остроту зрения и является безопасной и стабильной процедурой по своим результатам. Проведение лазерного кератомилеза у пациентов с гиперметропией предпочтительно при наличии рефракции менее +4,0Д и позволяет получить остроту зрения 0,8 и более.
