Аннотация

Целью исследования явилось определение содержания и распределения гликогена в печени крыс в динамике развития токсического цирроза. Для достижения поставленной цели использовали гистохимический, морфометрический и статистический методы анализа. В результате исследований выявлены структурный атипизм скоплений гликогена в цитоплазме клеток печени, разнообразие его окраски в пределах среза и в пределах одной клетки и сложная динамика изменения его количества.
