Аннотация

Целью настоящего обзора является анализ литературных данных, указывающих на сходство и различие патогенетических механизмов алкогольного и неалкогольного стеатогепатитов. Установление различий между этими заболеваниями в настоящее время затруднено их гистологическим сходством и общностью патогенетических механизмов. В то же время базирование различий на факторах риска представляется достаточно субъективным. Подчёркивается необходимость дальнейших экспериментальных и клинических исследований по данной проблеме.
