АРТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИЯ И СКОРОСТЬ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ ПУЛЬСОВОЙ ВОЛНЫ, ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ МЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНОЙ КОРРЕКЦИИ
Аннотация
В обзоре представлена неинвазивная методика определения жесткости артерий с помощью измерения скорости распространения пульсовой волны (СРПВ). Описаны клинические исследования, демонстрирующие прогностическую значимость увеличения СРПВ у больных артериальной гипертензией (АГ). Показано, что оценка СРПВ может служить не только диагностическим критерием, но и ориентиром динамики состояния органа-мишени при лечении больных АГ. Проведен анализ эффективности влияния различных групп антигипертензивных препаратов на жесткость артерий.Литература
