МЕТОДОЛОГИЯ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С НАРУШЕНИЯМИ РИТМА СЕРДЦА: ВАЖНОСТЬ СИСТЕМНОГО ПОДХОДА

Аннотация

Несмотря на стремительное развитие высокотехнологичных инструментальных методов исследования нарушений ритма и проводимости, клиническое обследование пациентов с аритмиями не теряет своей актуальности и информативности. На основании проведенного анализа литературы в настоящей статье отражена методология сбора жалоб, анамнеза и проведения физикального обследования у пациентов с нарушениями ритма сердца. Особое внимание уделяется важности системного подхода к клиническому обследованию пациентов, который позволяет не только заподозрить наличие нарушений ритма сердца до записи электрокардиограммы, но и предположить их характер и особенности, что задает направление для последующего диагностического поиска.
