ДИСЛИПИДЕМИИ: ОБЗОР РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЙ ESC/EAS 2019 ПО ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИЮ. ЧАСТЬ 2 – ТАРГЕТНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ
Аннотация
Высокая частота распространения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний ведет к рутинной индивидуальной оценке кардиоваскулярного риска у пациента, ведущей к коррекции терапии. В 2019 г. на Европейском конгрессе кардиологов были представлены обновленные рекомендации ESC/EAS (European Society of Cardiology / European Atherosclerosis Society – Европейское общество кардиологов / Европейское общество атеросклероза) по диагностике и лечению дислипидемий, в которых сформулированы новые подходы к оценке сердечно-сосудистого риска и с учетом его – коррекция дислипидемий. В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты клинического применения новых рекомендаций по лечению данной патологии.
